Smoltek Semi and the Taiwanese Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) have finalized the technical framework for the establishment of a pilot production line for Smoltek's CNF-MIM capacitors at ITRI.
In early March, Smoltek Semi met with ITRI management to finalize the technical details for the establishment of a pilot production line for Smoltek’s CNF-MIM capacitors. The framework includes several time-bound project blocks, where each step is carefully planned and evaluated to ensure a stable and efficient development process. In parallel, the development of Smoltek’s CNF-MIM technology continues, where each prototype generation – currently CNF-MIM Gen-One – is tested and improved in multiple iterations to optimize performance.
About ITRI
Taiwan’s Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) is at the forefront of industrialization of novel semiconductor devices and components and has played a pivotal role in introducing new technologies to the market.
